Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

WebBridge Agency provides web development consulting services, including:

  • Connecting clients with freelance website developers.

  • Overseeing website development and ensuring project completion.

  • Providing ongoing project management and communication with freelancers.

Payment & Pricing

  • Clients must pay 50% upfront before work begins and 50% upon project completion.

  • Loyal clients under the LoyalBridge & Client Cascade Plans, receive free regular updates for 2 years after project completion.

  • Non-loyal clients (one-time payments) receive limited post-launch support based on their selected plan.

  • Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which must be approved before implementation.

Freelancer Fees

  • WebBridge Agency's pricing excludes developer fees, which will be communicated separately.

  • Developer costs depend on the complexity of the project and will be agreed upon before development starts.

  • Any additional features or website modifications after completion will require a new payment agreement.

Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

  • Loyal clients receive free website updates and minor adjustments for 2 years.

  • For non-loyal clients, post-launch support lasts for up to 6 months, after which additional changes will incur extra charges.

  • Any major redesigns, feature additions, or expansions will be treated as a separate project with new pricing.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Clients retain full ownership rights to their website after the final payment is made.

  • Freelancers do not hold any rights to the website once the project is completed.

  • WebBridge Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

  • WebBridge Agency agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client business plans, proprietary information, and customer data.

  • No confidential information will be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made through a formal digital contract agreement, which will be sent and signed before work begins.

  • Clients must provide 30 days' written notice for cancellations.

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started or if the cancellation request is made after the agreed period.

Late Payments & Penalties

  • Unpaid invoices beyond the due date will incur a late fee of 10% per month.

  • If additional work is requested without payment approval, WebBridge Agency reserves the right to:

    • Pause all work until the payment is settled.

    • Charge a penalty fee of 10% on top of the additional work's cost.

    • Apply a 25% per month interest on outstanding balances.

Non-Competition & Client Protection

  • WebBridge Agency will not engage in direct competition with the client’s business.

  • WebBridge Agency will not solicit the client’s customers or employees for other services during and for 2 months after the contract period.

Liability & Indemnification

  • WebBridge Agency is not liable for any business losses, data breaches, or technical issues caused by third-party software or hosting providers.

  • Clients agree to indemnify WebBridge Agency against any claims, damages, or legal disputes related to the website’s use or content.

Modifications to Terms

  • WebBridge Agency reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

  • Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Lebanon.
